Academy Hospitality Group is a full service consulting and hospitality company. Our leadership team has held executive level positions at several of the nations top nightlife groups. We bring decades of hands-on experience in nightlife and hospitality.

The AHG team has launched, managed, and promoted some of the most iconic destinations on the Las Vegas Strip and around the country. This includes venues such as restaurants, rooftop bars, ultra lounges, gentleman's clubs, mega nightclubs, dayclubs, and festivals.
The Team
Adam Farer brings more than 20 years of experience in nightlife and hospitality.
Originally from Ventura, California, Adam moved to Las Vegas after college and quickly found his footing in promotions and entry-level marketing. His drive and hard work led to working with several of the city’s most prominent nightlife groups, where he rose to director-level leadership.

Building on that success, Adam launched his own nightlife consulting and hospitality company, Academy Hospitality Group. Since inception, AHG has grown from the largest independent hospitality group in Las Vegas to operating nationwide and internationally.
Born in Miami, Richard Levine moved to Las Vegas after high school and then graduated from UNLV. His successful poker career opened the door to the nightlife industry, where he began in promotions and quickly advanced into managerial and director-level roles.
Over the years, he worked with some of the largest nightlife venues in the world before co-founding the Academy Hospitality Group.
Originally from Cerritos, California, Kenny began his career in retail before a friend encouraged him to pursue nightlife promotions in Las Vegas. On a day off, he drove to Vegas to interview at the Hard Rock Hotel, where he was offered a position on the spot. He quit his job, relocated immediately, and never looked back.

Starting as a promoter at Body English and Rehab Pool, Kenny quickly built a name for himself working with world-renowned venues including Wynn and Bellagio. His dedication, energy, and ability to connect with people paved the way. Today, Kenny serves as Director of Promotions at Academy.
